“Integris did a great job for us,” said Roger Knoph, President of EnviroTech. “Bill Eastwood advised us on our initial investment in Innovative. His relationship with our partner and knowledge of the business played an integral role in our successful exit. Besides achieving an outstanding value for the business, we were able to exit with minimum future obligations. We were also able to negotiate a supply agreement from Innovative that enables EnviroTech to utilize its market-leading technology to manufacture and distribute value added, higher performance products in the Northeastern United States and Canada.”

“We received informative, objective advice every step of the way,” said Kevin Whyrick, Vice President of Finance for EnviroTech. “Integris’ knowledge of cross-border transactions enabled constructive dialogue between the principals, as well as Canadian and U.S. attorneys and accountants to complete the transaction in an effective and timely manner. Integris kept us involved every step of the way, and understanding all the issues enabled us to complete an outstanding transaction. We are delighted to have successfully exited a very profitable investment in Innovative.”
