Integris Partners recently advised LÍLLÉbaby, LLC on its recapitalization by The Riverside Company. Launched in 2012 by Lisbeth Lehan, LÍLLÉbaby offers a comprehensive line of premium babywearing products. The Company's flagship product, the COMPLETE carrier, was born out of a vision to create the most functional and fashionable baby carrier on the market. The product offering has developed to include several lines of soft-structure carriers as well as wraps and ring slings, while the brand's passionate following has delivered exceptional growth.

"I've poured my heart and soul into LÍLLÉbaby's products and brand. It's my 'baby'", commented Lisbeth. "I had very high hopes for how the Company would be received and lofty expectations for the partner we might select to help us further LÍLLÉbaby's vision. Integris delivered a tremendous menu of options and guided us every step of the way through a very involved process. We couldn't be more thrilled to partner with a world-class sponsor in Riverside."

"LÍLLÉbaby has all of the qualities that we seek as growth-oriented investors; led by best in class products and uncompromising, enthusiastic consumers. We are excited to join the Company to start capitalizing on the numerous growth opportunities", said Tim Spring, Riverside Operating Partner.

Alan Peyrat, Riverside Partner, added, "We could immediately see the Company's vision and knew this was a unique and compelling opportunity. The Integris team's professionalism, attention to detail, and hands on approach was critical in helping us to validate our excitement and build rapport with the LÍLLÉbaby team."

Riverside is amongst the most active and tenured private equity investors with a track-record of over twenty-five years and assets under management in excess of five billion dollars. The firm's North American consumer portfolio includes Tate's Bake Shop, Outward Hound, and YumEarth.
